Color for the Arts!
Just in time for holiday gifting or de-stressing, we've reprinted STAY INSIDE THE LINES SEATTLE - Volume 1, a coloring book from Seattle's world-renowned artist community. Just like before, this reprint of a first-of-its-kind 30+ page coloring book has 100% of profits going to our Color for the Arts Fund, which is an art supplies fund. Additionally, one book will be donated for each book sold online.
ArtsEd Washington and STAY INSIDE THE LINES SEATTLE have have established the 'Color for the Arts Fund', an art supplies fund for Title I Middle Schools in Washington state.
Your purchase and donation today help us reach across the whole state to similar schools. Our continuing gratitude goes to the artist community for sharing their talents and to you for your support. Discover artists while supporting a great cause. Don't miss your chance, and stay tuned for Volume 2!
Impact
During the 2021/2022 school year, Stay Inside the Lines Seattle's first-run coloring book raised nearly $5,000 for their Color for the Arts Fund. The fund provided much-needed supplies for Title I schools in King County.
Middle school teachers involved in arts programs at these schools were asked for wish lists to keep their programs running, coming out of those difficult COVID-19 years. Students at Chinook Middle School, Aki Kurose Middle School, and Glacier Middle School all received supplies to support their theater, visual arts, and media arts programs.
The donated copies were sent to students at the schools mentioned above, and ArtsEd Washington also shipped classroom sets of books across the state to students in Cathlamet, Ilwaco, Bothell, Kenmore, Moses Lake, and Shoreline.
